Jihane Labib

United Arab Emirates and Morocco

Founder and CEO, CoachingLab Academy; Chair, ICF Professional Coaches Global Board 2026

Executive and team coach, and founder of CoachingLab Academy, an ICF Level 1 and Level 2 accredited coach-training provider. ICF's own profile records 15+ years in practice, more than 10,000 coaching hours across 20 countries, and twelve prior years as a marketing and communications director in multinationals, with client sectors spanning FMCG, banking, oil and gas, telecommunications and media.

Why this placement

She holds the strongest institutional position of any coach in this region: Chair of the ICF Professional Coaches Global Board for 2026, published by ICF itself in its own board announcement. Her MCC and ACTC credentials are corroborated on ICF's own person page rather than only in her marketing — which, given how little in this field survives that test, is the single most important thing about this entry.

Running an accredited Level 1 and Level 2 training provider means she is building capacity for other coaches in a region that has very little of it. On the generosity criterion that counts for considerably more than an individual practice.
